Nasdaq Stockholm has approved Morrow Bank AB's application for admission of Morrow's shares to trading on Nasdaq Stockholm. Approved for listing on Nasdaq
Text updated 07.01.2026The approval is subject to customary conditions, including the approval and registration of a prospectus with the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority.Morrow's shares will be traded with the ticker "MORROW" and the ISIN code SE0026852725.“Nasdaq’s approval marks an important milestone in Morrow Bank’s transformation to a Swedish bank. Over the past three years, our scalable platform has delivered superior earnings growth. The redomiciliation to Sweden frees up capital, strengthens visibility among Nordic investors and levels the playing field,” says Oyvind Oanes, CEO of Morrow Bank.
“Going forward, our ambition is to deliver 10% annualised organic loan growth and increase return on target equity (ROTE) up to 20% by end 2028. Morrow Bank is positioned for significant value creation going forward – deploying excess capital to further growth and accretive M&A.”

The last day of trading on Oslo Børs was 30 December 2025 and the first day of trading on Nasdaq Stockholm is expected to be 9 January 2026.
